SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Malaysia to lead all HR functions, drive people strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance management and training, with emphasis on policy development and HR process improvements.

• Degree in HR or related field; 3-5 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and labour regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proactive in employee engagement and conflict resolution.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and leave.
• Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, handbooks, and organisation charts.
• Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Ensure payroll, statutory contributions and HR documentation are accurate.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
• Lead, mentor and manage the HR team.
• Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
• Support long-term company objectives through HR initiatives.
