Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the Group's HR function across its subsidiaries. The role collaborates with senior management to strengthen workforce capabilities, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include shaping HR strategy, managing recruitment, payroll, performance frameworks and compliance with Malaysian laws. Extensive leadership experience and multilingual capability in English and Bahasa Malaysia are

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BA or related field.
15+ years in HR with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Experience with Malaysian public-listed company and diversified group.

Mansioni

Lead HR strategy, policies and operations across subsidiaries and divisions.
Manage recruitment, manpower planning and succession planning.
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits and salary benchmarking.
Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs and appraisal processes.
Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Drive training, leadership development and talent retention initiatives.
Review structures, job grades and remuneration frameworks for efficiency.
Support organisational changes, restructures, and post-acquisition integration.
Prepare HR budgets and management papers for Board matters.
