Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and HRIS/HRMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes including salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and bonus calculations.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy.
• Ensure statutory compliance by preparing contributions and reports to authorities.
• Oversee benefits administration and employee communications.
• Administer leave and attendance management, reporting discrepancies.
• Establish proper documentation and filing for audit readiness.
• Handle ad hoc HR or payroll assignments as required by management.
