Plexus Corp. is seeking an HR Operations Manager (HRBP) in Penang, Malaysia to lead site HR efforts and partner with the site leader on performance and development. You will drive staffing, training, compensation, benefits, and HR services while ensuring compliance and high employee engagement.

You will coach leadership, implement talent strategies, and collaborate with corporate HR to optimize HR metrics and workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Solid understanding of HR concepts and legal frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead site HR staff and deliver initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Coach site management to drive performance and development.
• Develop and deploy recruitment strategies and manage lifecycle.
• Serve as primary HR contact and liaise with corporate HR.
• Monitor HR metrics such as staffing effectiveness and turnover.
