Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to partner with the site leadership team.

You will coach and guide the management group, develop and execute site-level HR strategies, and lead the recruitment and talent development programs to strengthen the workforce. The role requires the ability to drive HR initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy, manage HR metrics, ensure legal compliance, and champion Plexus Core Values across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Experience supervising HR staff and partnering with site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HR staff to deliver HR initiatives aligned with Corporate strategy.
• Partner with site leadership to coach, guide, and develop associates.
• Develop recruitment strategies and manage talent lifecycle; lead TA team.
• Serve as primary adviser to employees and facilitate communications with corporate HR.
• Develop and report HR metrics; monitor staffing, retention, and engagement; ensure legal compliance.
• Model Plexus Core Values and drive succession planning and employee development.
