Confidential Jobs in Malaysia seeks an HR Business Partner to be a core member of the HRBP and Site Operations leadership, driving growth by ensuring the right leadership, talent, and capabilities to execute business strategy at the Tampoi site.

You will collaborate with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance, leveraging shared services for operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or related HR degree.
Minimum 8 years partnering with business leaders in HR.
Experience in FMCG MNC Manufacturing preferred; matrix agile environment.
Analytical and technology savvy.
Open to site-based role in Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational effectiveness priorities aligned with business strategy.
Coach and partner with business leaders on talent planning and development.
Collaborate with COEs and Talent Acquisition on resourcing requirements.
Drive total rewards decisions with COE and ensure competitive compensation and recognition.
Ensure compliance in employee relations and labor standards.
Work with unions to build an inclusive work environment.
Monitor key indicators and course-correct as needed.
Partner with Reward COE on solutions addressing business needs.
Participate in leadership assessment and selection processes.
