Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment background.
• Prior experience in recruitment agencies, headhunting, or executive search.
• Experience supporting Malaysia payroll and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment for Malaysia, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines for technical and corporate roles and manage agency relationships.
• Coordinate local HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and records.
• Support employee relations, HR compliance, and local policies; act as a bridge to Global HR.
