The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior management and staff, guiding on talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

As an HR Business Partner, you will drive HR initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Professional Designation; SHRM or HRCI is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; educational requirements may vary by geography.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations and provide consultation to management and staff.
• Partner with leadership to implement organizational changes and talent initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance development and corrective action.
• Develop and maintain performance management programs and ensure timely application.
• Oversee rollout of corporate HR programs including compensation, benefits, and surveys.
• Conduct internal investigations into personnel misconduct with thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws to limit legal exposure.
• Maintain consistent recruitment, rewards, retention, recognition, and development practices.
