EBC Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives in Kuala Lumpur.

You’ll partner with leaders to shape organization design, career progression, job architecture, and succession planning while driving performance and engagement. You will lead compensation and benefits activities including job grading/evaluation, salary benchmarking, and OKR/KPI aligned reviews, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, management or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years HR experience, preferably HRBP or strategic HR.
Hands-on in job grading, salary benchmarking, compensation & benefits, and OKR/KPI.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
Advise managers and employees on policies, performance, engagement and development.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve organizational performance.
Support talent acquisition with timely hiring of quality talent.
Lead job grading, job evaluation, and ensure consistent grading framework.
Design organization structure, career progression, and succession planning.
Support OKR/KPI and performance management alignment with business goals.
Manage employee relations, investigations, and legal compliance.
Assist organizational change, culture-building, and communication plans.
Coach leaders on feedback and development planning.
Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends.
