Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience.
• SHRM or HRCI designation required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing consultation and support to management and employees.
• Act as a strategic partner to the management team, advising on business issues that impact employees and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance development and corrective action.
• Develop and maintain performance management programs and ensure timely application.
• Roll out corporate HR programs such as compensation and benefits policies and employee surveys.
• Conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct with thorough documentation.
• Partner with leadership to implement organizational changes and assess talent needs.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across recruitment and development.
