The incumbent will drive talent growth, succession planning, and compensation processes, while ensuring ISO compliance and workforce optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping HR policies and ensuring compliance across a plant or site.
• Strong advisory support to management with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between corporate HQ and site management.
• Forecast manpower needs and assist budget planning for salaries, benefits, and headcount.
• Coordinate KPI setting and reviews via SAP SuccessFactors, including weightage and outcomes.
• Oversee local payroll operations and alignment with corporate policies.
