The role requires leading HR initiatives aligned with firm objectives, promoting a positive culture, and building strong human capital management strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all HR matters of the Delivery Platform including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, administration and compliance as aligned with the Forvis Mazars guidelines.
• Lead people management in addressing employee problems or crises and use HR analytics to anticipate attrition.
• Act as HR business partner to line management with proactive guidance on employee issues, morale, relationships and productivity.
• Support the development of a progressive, productive HR team focused on wellbeing of employees and the firm.
• Prepare analytics to monitor policies and progress to support talent development, engagement, and retention.
• Talent Acquisition – identify, develop, enhance, and facilitate sourcing, onboarding, orientation and employer branding.
• Talent Management – support performance management, succession planning, manpower management, training planning, and staff mobility.
• Compensation & Benefits – review and benchmark salary and benefits to stay competitive.
• Compliance – stay updated on local labour laws and ensure practices align with laws and internal standards.
• Any other adhoc HR projects and deliverables as required.
