Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Johor seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to bridge HR and business operations on a full-time basis. You will advise senior management, drive organisational effectiveness, and align people strategies with business goals.

You will partner across departments, lead workforce planning, talent management, and development initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. A CIPD or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labour regulations, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to translate strategic objectives into HR initiatives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures with a supportive approach.
• Develop learning and development programmes aligned to business needs and career progression.
• Monitor HR metrics and business indicators to inform strategic recommendations.
