Ryt Bank is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, guiding managers and employees on policies, and fostering a high-performance culture within assigned business units.

You will analyze HR data, manage performance processes, ensure legal compliance, and support talent development. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential. Banking sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, particularly within the financial sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and advise managers.
• Talent Management: Design and execute talent development programs and performance processes.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations programs and resolve issues.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data using advanced Excel; prepare management reports.
• Program Administration: Administer HR programs and participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
