Job summary

PSA BDP, a member of PSA Group, is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive business performance using data analytics and technology. You will provide HR counsel across Talent Development, Requisition, and Employee Engagement while aligning with corporate and regional guidelines.

The role requires 5 years of managerial HR experience in an MNC, payroll processing expertise, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HR managerial experience in an MNC.
• Experience handling full HR life cycle: HR operations, talent requisition/development, compensation & benefits, performance management.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience is essential.
• Familiar with labour laws and regulations.
• Strong competencies in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR business partner support to drive performance and growth using data analytics and technology.
• Offer HR expertise for Talent Requisition, Development, Employee Engagement, and compliance with corporate/regional guidelines.
• Lead/participate in global or regional HR projects and build talent pools and pipelines.
