Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience covering recruitment, operations and employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience with performance management and disciplinary matters is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and manpower planning with management.
• Manage HR operations, payroll coordination and documentation.
• Handle employee relations, PIPs, warnings and performance issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and support organisational restructuring and initiatives.
