Job summary

Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in our Port Klang site.

You will advise management on HR policies, coordinate performance management, payroll, and statutory compliance under Malaysian law.

The role requires a Diploma/BA in HR or related field, at least four years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business
• Min 4 years HR Generalist experience
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour laws
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations
• Familiar with payroll processes and HRIS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and domestic inquiries.
• Advise management on HR policies and Malaysian employment legislation.
• Coordinate performance management, probation, and employee development.
• Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Organize employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure HR compliance.
