• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end HR generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Able to manage confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention and offboarding.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, benefits and other HR documentation.
• Support monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, allowances and employee changes.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, staff training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor workforce data, including headcount, turnover and absenteeism.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment laws, company policies and internal procedures.
• Support daily HR operations and other general administrative matters as required.
