Job summary

FRD Performance Motorsport (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an HR & General Affairs Manager to lead HR lifecycle, payroll, compliance, office administration, and strategic support for management.

You will drive recruitment, implement policies, manage budgets, KPIs, and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring safe, efficient operations across facilities. The role focuses on aligning HR and GA with company objectives and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll, employee relations, office administration, and facilities management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR management systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Management: develop and implement recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment process.
• HR Operations and Administration: oversee employee records, contracts, payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management: handle grievances, performance appraisals, and management advice.
• General Affairs and Office Administration: oversee facilities, security, safety, and office logistics.
• Strategic Management and Reporting: develop policies, budgets, KPIs, and regular management reports.
