Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR services across staffing, compensation, benefits, records, safety, and compliance. You will monitor payroll, support PMS, coordinate staff appraisals, and administer benefits while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.

You will work with the Head of Services to prepare reports, handle employee relations, and ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR generalist/operations experience.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Healthcare or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR management services including staffing, compensation, records and benefits.
• Monitor payroll and highlight discrepancies to CEO/GM.
• Support PMS and coordinate annual staff appraisal.
• Administer benefits, reports, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Act 1967.
• Prepare monthly salary and finalize payroll by month end.
