Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and at least 5 years of experience in performance management. Responsibilities also include training and developing staff on performance management best practices, as well as ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in performance management or related field.
• At least 2 years in an OKR/KPI-driven environment.
• Proven capability to design and implement performance frameworks.

Responsibilities
