Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

The role collaborates with leaders on talent, performance, and compensation, ensuring compliant execution of HR programs and change management across the organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years in HR Generalist roles, strong stakeholder management, and experience with HR analytics, employment law, and development planning.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years in HR Generalist role with specialist knowledge in at least 2–3 HR areas.
• Familiar with Training & Development, HR Process Improvement, HR Analytics, Employment Act & Labour Law.
• Certified Trainer/Coach/Motivator, Compensation & Wage Structure, Employment Law & Benefits Administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to tailor HR strategies and programs for Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, Talent Management, Engagement, and Employee Relations.
• Ensure HR programs comply with policies and guidelines; audit and recommend improvements.
• Drive HR cycles (Performance, Goals, Salary Review, Talent Management) and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure clear understanding of HR policies and processes among all employees.
• Support budget and planning processes with HR input and maintain program integrity.
• Lead change initiatives with effective communication to minimize disruption.
• Develop and review Succession Plans and Talent strategies with leadership.
