Job summary

The role requires strong change management, advising on regulatory issues, and leading talent initiatives to ensure a high-performance organization. The successful candidate will apply expertise across HR disciplines, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and uphold Airbus

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Generalist roles with deep knowledge across HR disciplines.
• Familiar with Training & Development, HR Process Improvement, HR Analytics and Employment Law.
• Certified Trainer/Coach/Motivator with experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong organization, stakeholder management and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and customize HR programs for Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Ensure HR programs comply with policies, processes and guidelines.
• Lead change initiatives and manage internal communications to minimize disruption.
• Provide guidance on legal/regulatory issues and foster a collaborative HR culture.
