Job summary

Boilermech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and enhance HR and administrative functions across the organization. The role focuses on strategy, policy, payroll, compliance, and people development to support business operations.

You will oversee recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and industrial relations while driving HR digitalization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional HR qualification required.
• 5–8 years of managerial HR experience preferred in manufacturing or related industry.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and local statutory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and strategy across recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, IR, engagement and admin.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition planning and workforce development to meet organizational needs.
• Manage payroll accuracy, HR reporting and compliance with acts and regulations.
• Lead performance management processes and employee development programs.
• Drive HR digitalization, system enhancements and process automation.
• Supervise administration, facilities, security and general services.
