Job summary

FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. seeks an Human Resource & Administration Manager to drive HR, administration, governance, communications, marketing and facilities across the group. You will partner with the CEO and senior management to ensure organisational effectiveness and talent development.

Role focuses on governance, compliance with Employment Act, PDPA, Bursa listing requirements, ISO standards and ESG, plus driving digital transformation and business sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Law, Management or related field.
• 5+ years HR and Administration experience.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading HR transformation and organisational development.
• Experience managing multiple entities or a group structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning.
• Drive HR KPIs, performance management and transformation initiatives.
• Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage training and leadership development programmes.
• Develop HR governance framework and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare board documentation for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor management.
• Lead ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and related programmes.
• Oversee corporate branding, including website and social media.
