You will drive workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement while partnering with management to support growth and operational excellence. The role requires 8+ years of HR leadership, deep knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, and experience in project-based industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR/BA/Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the HR team in managing overall HR operations and daily activities.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and related regulations.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and workforce requirements.
