Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in hotel Corporate, MICE, or Group room sales.
• Proven revenue growth and key accounts management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey.

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for group rooms and F&B services.
• Drive new business by responding to inquiries and proactive outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, contracts, fulfillment.
• Develop strategic plans to meet revenue and room night goals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategy.
• Coordinate cross-department delivery of contracted services.
