Job summary

Hilton Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to assist the Director of Sales in leading the Sales Team and driving revenue across Corporate, FIT, M.I.C.E., Social, Tour & Travel segments. This role directs negotiations, builds key client relationships, and ensures service standards are met hotel-wide in Perak and beyond.

You will develop sales plans, manage customer information, and collaborate with operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate hospitality focus and guest-centric approach.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide a sales team.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and integrity in all interactions.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in international hotel chains.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hilton hotel products, including rooms, catering, and banquets.
• Develop and implement sales plans; achieve targets with the Director of Sales/Commercial Director.
• Understand client needs via calls, visits, and meetings; prepare and send quotations promptly.
