Job summary

Hilton in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to manage designated corporate accounts, drive revenue across rooms, catering and F&B, and develop new business opportunities.

You will lead and mentor the sales team, coordinate with other departments to fulfill contracted services, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue and room-night targets in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate, MICE, or group sales experience.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in hotel systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients and handle group rooms and F&B.
• Drive new business opportunities through outreach and lead qualification.
• Manage the full sales cycle from site visits to contracts and fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Analyze sales performance and opportunities to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure contracted services meet standards.
