Job summary

MTR SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify and acquire new customers, especially VIP and high-volume online sellers and business accounts.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and conduct sales activities via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, networking and direct engagement. You will work with HQ and internal teams to understand customer needs, promote J&T Express services, and drive parcel volume.

• Identify and acquire new customers, especially VIP/high-volume online sellers and business accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor customer needs, feedback and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, especially VIP / high-volume online sellers and business accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales activities through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, networking and direct engagement.
• Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into active J&T customers.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to increase parcel volume.
• Monitor customer needs, feedback and satisfaction.
• Work closely with J&T HQ and internal operations team to ensure customer requirements are properly managed.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote J&T Express services.
• Create and manage marketing content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Support promotional activities, customer engagement and company events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on sales performance.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition and parcel-volume targets.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
