Job summary

Jtexpress in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive Sales Executive (Transportation Services) to grow the client base and promote our logistics solutions. You will maintain strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help fulfill monthly and quarterly sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or related field, up to 1–2 years in sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales and the logistics/transportation industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients at different levels.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle work pressure while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to existing customers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expand sales channels and actively acquire new clients to increase service usage.
• Promote the company’s transportation and delivery solutions, clearly explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Execute the department’s sales plans and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and field studies to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Monitor the full sales cycle, track sales performance, analyze data, and recommend strategy adjustments based on market changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support customer onboarding.
