Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience
• 8 years in a similar role within international manufacturing
• Ability to influence without direct reporting line
• Strong English communication with cross-cultural exposure
• Market analysis and business judgment skills

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends and customer needs to build opportunities.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to pursue key customers.
• Lead partnerships to enhance BAC’s position in targeted markets.
• Lead regional/global teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Coordinate marketing and campaigns to support sales.
