Job summary

Yardex Outdoor Products Sdn Bhd seeks a responsible Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage purchasing activities and coordinate local and international shipments. You will work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse personnel, production teams, and Finance to ensure materials are bought at competitive prices and delivered on time.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, or Purchasing, at least 2 years in procurement/logistics,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, import/export, or supply-chain operations.
• Familiar with purchase orders, supplier sourcing and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for materials and services.
• Prepare purchase orders from approved requisitions and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate local deliveries, imports/exports and intercompany shipments.
• Track orders and resolve issues on pricing, quality and delivery.
• Maintain supplier records and supporting documents.
