Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a Business Finance Manager to partner with Group Operations Finance. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance while delivering analytics to support executive decisions.

The role focuses on cost management, process improvement, and value unlocking across local and regional GO divisions. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in FP&A or financial control, with strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years FP&A, business finance or financial control experience.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards and variance analysis.
• Experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Governance and financial control for GO cost centres.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and Capex/Opex planning.
• Develop cost allocation models and identify SCM savings.
• Deliver monthly reports and perform variance analyses.
• Advise business heads and support regional strategic initiatives.
