Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Business Finance Manager to be a key strategic partner within Group Operations (GO) Finance. You will drive financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, supporting executive decision-making and unlocking value through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field.
• At least 4 years of FP&A, business finance or financial control experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and general ledger accuracy for GO cost centres.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly Capex/Opex forecasts for local and regional GO divisions.
• Develop cost-recharge models and identify SCM savings opportunities.
• Deliver monthly financial reports and conduct variance analyses.
• Provide financial guidance to business heads and support regional strategic initiatives.
