Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking an experienced Events and Internal Engagement professional to plan and govern official events, internal programmes, and corporate initiatives that support EPF's strategic objectives. The role covers event management, vendor coordination, budgeting, procurement, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree recognised by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in event management, corporate/internal communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and deliver official events and engagement initiatives.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement official events, internal engagement programmes and corporate activities from inception to completion.
• Design event concepts and roadmaps that support EPF's priorities.
• Prepare documentation in compliance with governance, procurement and approval frameworks.
• Coordinate venue bookings, logistics, AV, security and hospitality.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Manage invitations, protocol arrangements and stakeholder engagement for events with senior staff and external guests.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor management in line with policies.
• Prepare reports, cost analyses, and management updates for decision-making.
