Job summary

EPF Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Operations Leader to manage Field Engagement Team activities, ensuring secure, reliable end-user technology and infrastructure services. The role directs operational strategy, risk management, upgrades, capacity planning, disaster recovery, procurement, budgets, assets and vendor SLAs in alignment with ITIL and security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent confirmed by government authority.
Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
Experience in endpoint security management including patching, antivirus, vulnerability remediation and incident resolution.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management; networking basics for endpoints.

Responsibilities

Lead daily technical operations and ensure service stability, availability and minimum downtime.
Oversee IT infrastructure, assets, vendor relationships, procurement and budget control within approved targets.
Plan and allocate work for 15 employees, drive ITIL processes (Availability Management) and pursue continuous improvement.
