Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to support Stakeholder Engagement and Community Development & Social Upliftment (CDSU). The role covers programme development, governance, MEL, budgeting, and audit coordination to deliver measurable social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any local or abroad institution recognised by the government.
• In-depth stakeholder engagement and programme management exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design CDSU programmes aligned with EPF's objectives and national priorities.
• Plan, implement and review CDSU programmes within scope, time and budget.
• Conduct needs assessments and benchmarking to inform programme development.
• Develop strategies, annual workplans and programme roadmaps.
• Prepare governance documents and meeting papers in compliance with EPF frameworks.
• Establish MEL KPIs and reporting to measure outcomes and impact.
