Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking aSenior leader to steer the Physical Channel Department's strategic direction. Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test at SPM level or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree with honours in Management, Business Admin, Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Statistics or equivalent
• Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage
• 13–16 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
• Experience in a large, complex, multi-stakeholder organisation
• Proven experience in developing strategic plans, management papers, performance reports and presentations
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Professional certification in strategy or project management is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Physical Channel Department’s strategic framework and plans
• Drive and coordinate the annual strategic planning cycle
• Analyse trends, policy developments and performance to identify priorities and risks
• Translate priorities into initiatives, programmes and action plans
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure alignment
• Develop and enhance KPI architecture linking objectives to outcomes
• Prepare strategic reports and decision-support materials for leadership
• Collaborate with regions, branches and support functions for integrated planning
• Lead the Strategic Planning team and develop department capabilities
• Identify implementation gaps and strengthen strategic governance
