Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to hunt new enterprise mid-market clients in Malaysia, selling U Mobile Enterprise products including mobile line, DIA and 5G mobility solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with experience in account management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or similar roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with telecom or tech industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new enterprise mid-market clients in Malaysia for U Mobile Enterprise products.
• Maintain long-term relationships and manage accounts for growth.
• Understand client needs and tailor telecom solutions to business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and forecasts.
