GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced enterprise merchant manager to drive revenue growth and merchant retention for high-value F&B partners in Malaysia. You will combine strategic account planning with hands-on partnership to scale GMV and merchant engagement.

The role requires analytical rigor and relationship-building, with comfort using AI-enabled automation and data tools. Onsite work in Petaling Jaya is expected, reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Merchants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or sales with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong data literacy and ability to leverage analytics for decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise merchants across Malaysia.
• Lead strategic account planning and deliver tailored solutions to drive GMV and revenue.
• Pitch campaigns, launch products, and conduct business reviews with merchants.
• Use CRM, analytics, and AI tools to forecast performance and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to escalate and resolve issues.
