Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment.
