Qualifications

• We require 3-5 years of experience in recruitment consulting.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Japanese language ability is essential for Japanese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process and partner with clients to source top talent.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and negotiate rates for services.
• Screen, shortlist and interview candidates; brief them on the company and role and manage candidate care.
