Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and ability to initiate conversations with candidates and clients.
• Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates via job portals, social media, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Job Advertisement Creation and Posting: Draft and publish advertisements across social media and job portals.
• Social Media Recruitment: Utilize Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels to promote vacancies.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Contact candidates, conduct telephone screenings and assess suitability.
• Online Interviewing: Arrange and conduct interviews via telephone and Microsoft Teams.
• Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients and follow up on vacancies.
• Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines through the process.
• Administration and Reporting: Maintain recruitment records and track multiple vacancies.
