Job summary

ALMA TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a proactive sales professional to identify new leads in the ELV, CCTV and IT retail sectors and to build lasting relationships with customers in Johor Bahru.

You will understand client needs, present tailored product solutions, deliver proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and work with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery while aiming to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in ELV, CCTV, or IT retail sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiar with ELV and IT retail products and trends.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales leads and potential customers in the ELV / CCTV / IT retail industries
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and quotations to customers
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products and competitors in ELV / CCTV / IT retail industries
• Attend workshops, exhibitions and events to promote the company and its products
• Coordinate with internal teams such as technical and operations to ensure successful project implementation
