Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead ELV and hospital systems solutions for public and private hospitals. You will identify opportunities, build key stakeholder relationships, and drive tender participation from lead generation through contract closure.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in ELV or hospital-related sectors, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in ELV systems, hospital solutions, or related industries.
• Proven track record with JKR, KKM, and hospital projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and government tendering.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit targets for ELV and hospital systems.
• Identify and pursue new business in public and private hospitals.
• Build relationships with hospital management, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Manage sales cycle from lead gen to closing, including tenders and contracts.
• Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
