Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Fresh Grad - 3 years of sales experience (preferably in CCTV, tech, security, or B2B solutions).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn about AI & security systems.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (retail, SMEs, corporate, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Stay updated on AI CCTV & sound system technology and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations team to deliver excellent customer service.
