Job summary

Chin Hin Group seeks driven sales professionals to grow consumer electronics sales at major electrical/electronics chain stores in the Central Region of Malaysia.

You will manage the MM and Chain Stores channels, build relationships, coordinate redemption programs, and travel across Malaysia to meet customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Proactive reporting using Excel/PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Experience in the electrical appliances or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales for the Mass Merchandise (MM) and Chain Stores channel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute redemption programs and project sales activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business reviews using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel across Malaysia to visit customers, conduct business reviews, and support sales activities.
