Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related discipline.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Minimum of three (3) years in sales and business development, preferably in corporate training or higher education.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth.
• Strong social media and digital engagement for lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Effective negotiation, presentation, and pitching skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to meet revenue and enrolment targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and industry sectors.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with industry partners, government agencies, and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations and facilitate training, consultancy, and collaboration agreements.
• Develop revenue initiatives aligned with institutional objectives.
• Identify new income streams through short courses, certifications, in-house training, and industry-funded programmes.
• Prepare and monitor annual business development plans, pipelines, and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and provide management reports and dashboards.
