Job summary

REAL Education Group Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Sales Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training for the sales team, ensuring product knowledge and effective tools usage to achieve business goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales or related training roles, with strong presentation and coaching skills. Collaboration with Marketing, Admissions and Academic teams is essential, as is a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, HRD or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, sales enablement, sales management, customer counselling or business development.
• Prior experience designing and delivering sales training programmes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, consultative selling, customer journey management and performance improvement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through performance data and feedback.
• Together with Marketing, develop a sales kit and counselling kit.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to align training content.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and tools.
• Deliver onboarding training for new salespeople.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance.
• Conduct Sales Competency Certification.
